Lakeland

Lakeland, the home of creative kitchenware, has appointed us to develop email marketing campaigns. As well as being responsible for the design and build of a number of emails across a variety of different campaigns, we have also been tasked with working with Lakeland to continuously improve the effectiveness of their online marketing.

Our initial challenge was to develop a set of email templates flexible enough to incorporate a variety of key promotional themes and messages – as well as effectively cross sell content from around the site – whilst maintaining the distinctive Lakeland visual style and tone of voice that’s consistent across all their online and offline activity.

We successfully developed email templates able to accommodate a wide range of content whilst incorporating elements that can be re-purposed in a number of different ways.

The template also allows for the addition of greater editorial content, which reflects the style of Lakeland’s offline catalogues and reinforces the approachable, friendly and expert nature of the brand.
