Freemans

Freemans (part of the OTTO Group) redesigned their website to accommodate a number of new additional features. We were briefed to develop an online communication which would highlight these changes to both existing and new customers.

We designed and built an interactive tour of the site to guide users through the new features available and provide an easy way for the customers to engage with the site.

The site tour was developed using Flash and shows users the easiest way to get the most out of the new features.

We also developed a HTML back-up version to ensure the highest levels of usability and accessibility were met and that any Freemans user was able to interact with the site.
