Dec 18 – We just keep on growing

We’ve given ourselves a little early Christmas present this year, with three brand new colleagues to unwrap and play with.

Katie Crabtree joins as Account Director from online restaurant booking site toptable.co.uk, where she was responsible for all elements of on and offline marketing, including email marketing, viral e-marketing, affiliates, bespoke online partnerships, SEO & PPC and website re-design. Prior to this Katie held a variety of roles at hotrecruit.co.uk, Top Jobs on the Net and Reebok.

Senior Software Developer, Andrew Burgess, joins us from Carlsberg. A real expert in his field, Andrew has worked in software development for over 15 years for companies including WH Smith, Britvic, and the Department for Education and Skills.

The final new face is Ellie Jackson who has jumped aboard as our new Online Marketing Designer. She previously worked on clients including Adidas, Sony Europe, Otto and Royal & Sun Alliance whilst a Web Designer at Exstatik, the digital department of the Intermarketing Communications Group.

Alasdair Wightman, Managing Director of AWA, believes all three appointments are critical to the continued growth and development of the business: “Katie’s experience across so many digital channels and her client-side perspective will be invaluable, whilst Ellie brings some fresh creative thinking to the agency.
