Jan 9 – AWA recruited by the recruiters
It looks like 2008 is set to be just as busy a year for us as 2007 was. We’ve barely had time to finish packing away the Christmas decorations, and another of our projects has gone live.
This time it’s the new website for GatenbySanderson; one of the UK’s leading executive search and selection companies specialising in senior level recruitment for the public sector.
GatenbySanderson asked us to develop an online presence which would not only set them apart from their peers in what is an increasingly competitive marketplace, but would also act as an invaluable resource for their clients, candidates and staff.
We designed and built the site www.gatenbysanderson.com with all of these key user groups firmly in mind. It features dedicated areas for permanent and interim candidates with bespoke supporting information, a searchable live job board and full online job application and accreditation processes.
For GatenbySanderson’s clients the site offers a number of ways in which to promote their vacancies. In addition to the job board and the option to utilise the extensive banner ad space around the site, we developed a microsite template which can be used to further communicate to candidates the culture and personality of potential employers.
Throughout the project we also worked closely with partners and recruitment consultants from across the GatenbySanderson business to ensure that our solution was fully integrated with all of their offline processes and systems.
Sam Ellis, Head of Marketing at GatenbySanderson, said of the project: “AWA worked tirelessly, first to understand every process involved in our business, and then to deliver a solution which is fully integrated with how we work. The end result is a site which meets the needs of our clients and candidates, and is streets ahead of what others in the marketplace are doing.”
And Sam said of our attitude: “They never let the demands of getting the job done in the set timescale detract them from wanting to get things just right and we now have a site which the whole business is incredibly proud of. It was a real team effort and everyone was a pleasure to work with.”
