How our teams work?
We work in teams – as opposed to departments like most other digital agencies – and we find this really helps focus our delivery of projects. This approach sets us apart from others and what may seem like a subtle difference has a real positive impact on the service we offer.
We assign each of our clients a dedicated cross-disciplined team containing the expertise needed. Within the team we have specialists in the areas of design, copywriting, programming, production, marketing, project management, and analytics.
From our experience a traditional departmental structure can often create distance between staff and distance from the project itself. Our team approach ensures that clients have a consistent team working with them, and one that understands their aims, objectives and brand values inside out.
